COLEMANS CREEK ELLERBE, NC 199 Green Rd Ellerbe, NC 28338 February 22-23, 2025 Day One: 0900-1600 (9 am - 4 pm) Introduction Reticles and Scopes Terminology Rifles Optics Ballistic Calculator ( Kestrel provided for training ) Shooter/Spotter set-up and dialogue Zeroing Chrono Truing Day Two: 0900-1600 (9 am-4 pm): Building a standard and non-standard firing position Shooter/Spotter Dialogue Calling wind and adjusting for the second shot correction Engaging known and unknown distance targets out to 1275 yards What to bring: • Rifle: 5.56/.308/6.5/300WM or similar is ideal with bipod • Scope MOA or MRAD • 140 rounds of match ammunition ( same lot number if possible) • Lunch, drinks, and snacks• Weather-appropriate attire • Notebook and pen • Hearing protection • Sand sock/rear bag • Rental guns are available ( 1st come, 1st serve basis ) No experience necessary Must be 18 years of age, 16 if accompanied by legal guardian Questions: info@overmatchconsulting.com
